MY SPECIAL VISITOR
"Hi people!" (one of my current favorite phrases)
I'm sorry for leaving you all hanging on my progress post hospital.
In short, I am doing well. Took me about 3 weeks to get back to "normal"... but, I'm back in business now. I am growing well, and my blood test numbers look pretty good. All of that means we MIGHT be able to relax for a bit as a family, and let me grow... keeping a watchful eye on how my kidneys are doing via monthly blood tests.
Life in Seattle has been treating me well.
On a recent trip into the city, I did my part in supporting the local art:
My Uncle John and his new fiance, Emily, came to visit us in November. I think we are ALL going to enjoy having her as part of our family. J&E gave me sweet swing rides:
In more recent news- I am really digging this whole Christmas season.
One day, last week, mom, dad & I decorated our Christmas tree. They just pulled one shiny ball after another out of the box...I stood, gazing at the tree, saying "pretty balls!" When my parents left the room, I directly disobeyed their orders and plucked one of the pretty balls off the tree. I walked into the kitchen with it, then gave it a solid toss. Wow, it did not bounce like my other balls. It shattered into 1 million tiny pieces. Lesson learned.
A couple nights ago, I had a very special visitor. Santa came to my house. His voice sounded kind of similar to my Uncle Jesse's, but I know he was the real Santa. I was pretty spooked by him at first, but he had loaded his bag full of balls, and I warmed up to the jolly man as he handed me each one.
Here are some pictures of the big event.
I put on my best cheesy smile for this photo opp with SantaLove to all.

WOW! Santa came to your very house?!?!?! You didn't have to go to a mall?!?!?! That's awesome. I can't think of a sweeter more deserving little guy than you, CB.
High five from across the oash,

p.s. - Thanks for being so cool about mom and I chatting it up last night. Hope you didn't mind waiting for your b-fast!
